YKA Transformations Event Cancellation Policy:

• If you must cancel (includes no-shows) after making your confirmation, certain fees/penalties may be applied based on the location of the training and the timing of your cancellation request. Confirmations made within 30 days or less of the training date may be assessed a late sign-up fee. Please contact nationalevents@yogakids.com.

• If lodging fees are being paid through YogaKids International, cancellation/refund policies vary depending on the location. Please contact nationalevents@yogakids.com. If lodging is paid/booked through the facility, please contact the facility regarding their cancellation policy.
  

• All Transformations are subject to cancellation if registration minimum is not met.  In the event of a cancellation you will be notified at least 30 days in advance.  In the event of a cancellation, you will be issued a full refund of funds paid directly to YogaKids.  Funds paid directly to a venue would be subject to that venue's cancellation policy.
