Taste of YogaKids
What is it?
A 3-hour introduction to the YogaKids way of teaching yoga to children based on the book,"YogaKids, Educating the Whole Child Through Yoga" by Marsha Wenig, Founder of YogaKids International. Take away ideas you can use right away in your work with children.
Who should attend?
Parents, physical therapists, yoga teachers, educators, healthcare professionals, psychologists, or anyone inspired to bring yoga to children. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Teaching YogaKids to Tweens and Teens
What is it?
A 3-hour introduction to the YogaKids way of teaching yoga to preteens and teens. Take away a fresh approach to educating, exercising and empowering teens with yoga.
Who should attend?
Educators, yoga teachers, healthcare professionals, and adults interested in or already working with preteen or teen populations. Prior yoga experience helpful but not required.

Tools for Schools Playshop
What is it?
3 hour introduction to the YogaKids Tools for Schools solutions for
the classroom and homework time. Based on the book,"YogaKids,
Educating the Whole Child Through Yoga" by Marsha Wenig, Founder of
YogaKids International, and anchored in scientific research that
supports the benefits of mindfulness, yoga and breathing awareness with
children, this program will inspire, educate and encourage parents,
educators and professionals to welcome new resources that increase
academic achievement.
Who should attend?
Parents,
Educators, Occupational Therapists, Yoga Teachers, Physical Therapists,
Healthcare Professionals, Psychologists, or anyone inspired to bring
yoga to children. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
