About Cathy
Cathy Spack, M.A., is a yoga teacher certified with YogaKids, Itsy Bitsy Yoga, Rainbow Kids Yoga, and mini yogis – yoga for kids. She has attended workshops with Yoga for the Special Child, Every Kid’s Yoga – Teaching Yoga to Children with Special Needs, YogaBuds, Yoga 11, Therapeutic Yoga for Children, and Karma Kids Yoga. Cathy is also a speech – language pathologist working in the schools and in private practice.
