About Megan

Megan started yoga in her early teens, regularly watching a Patricia Walden VHS tape. More than a decade later, she is grateful for her yoga journey that has helped her in every milestone of her life since. After becoming a mother, practicing yoga became more difficult. Megan purchased Marsha’s DVDs to do yoga with her girls, and instantly felt connected to the YogaKids program. She believes in the next generation and strives to empower each of the children she encounters in her family, children’s school, and in YogaKids classes. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space for children to develop and play through the philosophy of yoga and connecting to themselves.
