About Viviana
I recently completed my first level 1 Baptiste Yoga certification. I love to empower people on and off the mat. I believe the sooner people build their confidence, the stronger they grow physically and mentally. Our children need this foundation! I have 2 children and they love yoga. It has helped their social skills as well as boosted their confidence. I want to share that with others.
