Before we get started, I would like to mention that this new extension to the Yoga Garden Game contains some advanced poses, such as Crow Pose. When you are playing the game, don’t push yourself so hard to complete a pose that you hurt yourself. For now, just make sure that, if something hurts you, ease out of the stretch a little bit until your muscles are working, but not hurting, and there is no pressure causing pain or over-extension of your joints. If you cannot complete a pose, it’s ok! That gives you a goal to aim for. If you keep practicing yoga, someday you will be able to do any pose you want!
