About Laura

I landed back in rural Saskatchewan where I grew up after living 25 years near the Pacific Ocean on Vancouver Island, being ever so grateful I brought back with me a personal yoga practice and love of educating youth and parents.  Working as a parent mentor in a preschool and parent education program located in a high school, has led me to an understanding of the importance of bringing yoga movement and mindfulness to our school system.  After recently completing my Bachelor of Metaphysics and travelling to Australia to visit my daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren, I embrace teaching yoga to youth in our community.
