Sara’s yoga journey began at a women’s only fitness centre in Leduc in 2002.She obtained her adult yoga certification in 2005 with Trinity Yoga and is a registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. After having her son in 2008, she was inspired to teach yoga to children. Learn more about Sara.

Sue’s passion is working collaboratively with others to lead and inspire the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of students who face so many modern-day challenges. This passion has been weaved into her daily experiences for more than thirty years in the education field. Holly Love
Designing creative learning experiences for children is something Holly has done passionately for over 25 years as a pediatric occupational therapist, and as a mom of three (now grown) daughters. She was new to yoga when she began her YogaKids training in 2010, and quickly realized the profound physical, mental and spiritual benefits of developing her own yoga practice. Jennifer Clor
Jennifer is a Certified YogaKids Teacher and Trainer who believes children ‘get’ yoga intuitively and can use what they learn on the mat in everyday life. She has taught yoga to children since 2014, primarily at preschools, and elementary schools — and now works with at risk teens. Learn more about Jennifer.
Kim Vulinovic
Kim began her yoga practice in 1996 after the birth of her youngest daughter and was surprised to find that yoga helped, not only her physical body, but all aspects of her life. She joined YogaKids in 2001 looking for a career that merged her love of yoga with an interest in child development and education. Learn more about Kim.
Helen Young
Helen Young, RYT and RCYT, lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico where she teaches yoga to kids 5-14 years of age in a public school — 300 + kids a week and two adult classes a week to her colleagues. Vanessa Hill
Vanessa fell in love with yoga during her first class in 2006. In that first Savasana, she felt an intense feeling of gratitude. Yoga has been such a guiding force in her life, helping her manage her Type A mindset by learning to live each day in the present.
