This 7-day training is the amazing and powerful culmination event for our YogaKids Apprentices. You will share your expertise and your experiences from the Advanced Training Practicum, refine your classroom management skills, review asanas and techniques, develop your business skills, and deepen your knowledge of anatomy, yoga philosophy, and much more. You’ll also laugh, play, and explore — and return home an empowered Certified YogaKids Teacher. Room and board are not included in the cost and are the responsibility of the trainee.

TRAINER: Kim Vulinovic

Kim began her yoga practice in 1996 after the birth of her youngest daughter and was surprised to find that yoga helped, not only her physical body, but all aspects of her life. She joined YogaKids in 2001 looking for a career that merged her love of yoga with an interest in child development and education. Kim is designated by Yoga Alliance as a ERYT-200 hour and teaches both child-focused and adult-focused yoga classes. She is also an experienced YK trainer leading both Foundations and Transformations courses.

Locally, Kim teaches about 12 children’s classes each week in the Oak Park, IL area. Her home base is Ahimsa Yoga Studio. She also teaches pre-school at many Montessori schools and elementary kids at District 97 Oak Park Public schools.
